BLR wins Bronze in Brandon Hall Group Excellence award

BLR® has been a leader in the employee training industry for over five decades and is frequently recognized for expert content and service in the industry. This year, BLR is taking home a bronze medal in Brandon Hall Group’s “Best Advance in Learning Management Technology for Compliance Training Category.”

How we did it

TrainingToday® is an eLearning product of BLR that offers training content in a wide range of categories along with a learning management system (LMS) that scales with businesses. Ruffalo Noel Levitz (RNL) agreed to participate in our Brandon Hall Group Excellence Award submission to share the tangible impact its TrainingToday upgrade had on its business scalability. The company needed a configurable LMS that could not only onboard and train its internal employees but also provide custom product training to external clients. RNL required extensive course-authoring capabilities so it could create learning paths with custom courses for both external clients and internal employees. TrainingToday was the only vendor it vetted that allowed external clients, provided its desired level of custom configuration, and had extensive course-authoring capabilities. TrainingToday’s tailored learning packages were vital for RNL to achieve compliance, develop its employees, and scale its business.

Entries were evaluated by a panel of veteran, independent senior industry experts; Brandon Hall Group analysts; and executives based on these criteria: fit the need, program design, functionality, innovation, and overall measurable benefits.
