  • Reset password/unable to login To reset your password, visit https://accounts.blr.com/account/forgot. Still can’t sign in? Contact our Customer Care team at 800-727-5257 or service@blr.com.
  • How to submit a support ticket For technical help, please email techsupport@blr.com or call 800-727-5257 x1519.
  • Who do I contact if I’m ready to purchase? If you are already a BLR client, please reach out to your account manager. If you are not a BLR client or are unsure of your designated account manager, please call 800-727-5257.
  • How do I refer a colleague to one of BLR’s software products? We’re excited you want to refer someone to BLR! Please visit our Referral Program page and complete the form. As a thank you for your referral and continued subscription to one of our BLR products, for each person you refer who signs up for a new HR Hero, EHS Hero, or TrainingToday subscription, you'll receive a $300 Amazon gift card!

  • Where can I access tutorial videos and user guides for my HR Hero or EHS Hero subscription? Once logged in, click on the “Get Started” button on the Help Resource widget from your main dashboard. All tool and resource tutorial videos and user guides can be found here.
  • What is my expiration date? Please contact our Customer Care team at 800-727-5257 or service@blr.com for inquiries on subscription expiration dates.
  • How do I change my email address or mailing address? To update your contact information, please contact our Customer Care team at 800-727-5257 or service@blr.com.
  • How do I unsubscribe from email communications? Use the link at the bottom of your email to unsubscribe. You may also call Contact Customer Care at 800-727-5257 or service@blr.com to opt-out of email communications.
  • How do I renew? Please reach out to your account manager or call Customer Care at 800-727-5257.
  • Can I renew/pay online? Currently, we are unable to accept online renewals and payments. To renew or make a payment, please contact your account manager or Customer Care at 800-727-5257.
  • What is my balance? To obtain balance information, contact Customer Care at 1-800-727-5257 or service@blr.com.
  • How to get a copy of the receipt/invoice? For invoices or payment receipts, please contact Customer Care at 1-800-727-5257 or service@blr.com.
