Course description
In this course, we will define sexual harassment and its negative effects in the workplace, as well as outline the steps you and your employer can take to prevent and respond to sexual harassment in your workplace.
This course will also discuss your responsibilities as a supervisor in creating a workplace that is free from sexual harassment. The fact is, sexual harassment is hurtful and costly—and it’s against the law. That’s why state law requires employers to provide training on sexual harassment and how to prevent it.
