Course description
Today, we’re going to talk about supervising special groups of employees. The three groups we’ll focus on during this course are:
• Younger workers;
• Older workers; and
• Non-English-speaking workers.
Managing special groups effectively is critical to your success as a supervisor. Failure to provide adequate and appropriate supervision could lead to performance problems, accidents, customer dissatisfaction, and inability to meet quality or productivity requirements.
