Course description
This course provides information for employees in California about how to reduce the risk of musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs). MSDs are among the most frequently reported causes of lost work time. As a worker who is at high risk of developing MSDs — repetitive motion injuries (RMIs) in particular — you need to understand basic ergonomics to minimize risk factors, avoid strains on your body, and reduce your risk of injury at work.
In compliance with California regulations, this training is modified by your employer to provide site-specific details, including information about the company’s ergonomics program.
