Background
Darryl Treadwell, a military veteran with a rich background in planning, operations, and organizational development, embarked on a new chapter in his career after 21 years of dedicated service. In February 2020, he founded Convergence HRM, a human resources management (HRM) company focused on enabling small and midsize businesses to achieve organizational goals through workforce optimization. Having previously worked for Pacific Bell for over 8 years and having held several leadership positions, Darryl decided to leverage his experience and qualifications to establish a business focused on training and development, organizational structure, and performance management.

His educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Human Resources and Organizational Development and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership and Learning. Additionally, Darryl holds prestigious certifications like Project Management Professional (PMP), Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), Maxwell DISC Certified Behavior Analyst Trainer, and The Predictive Index Talent Optimization Consultant.
