Earthquake Preparedness
Course description
Earthquakes unleash powerful natural forces that can cause serious damage and injure or kill people within the area of the quake. It is impossible to predict when or where an earthquake will occur or even how destructive it may be. This means that it is important for you to be prepared ahead of time.
To prepare properly for earthquakes, you need to be aware of hazards and of the precautions you can take before, during, and after a quake to help you survive and recover from this natural disaster.
Today, we’ll talk about all these issues so that you will be better prepared to act effectively in the event of an earthquake that threatens your facility or your home.
