Artificial Intelligence has moved from science fiction to business reality, and at the forefront of this revolution is generative AI, often shortened to GenAI.
This Bigger Brains course introduces GenAI, including the concepts and context necessary for understanding how to use it effectively, some of the most popular tools and their uses, and a consideration of some limitations and risks involved.
You’ll see real-world examples of what GenAI can do and an examination of tools that you can use for daily work including chatbot assistants, multimedia AI tools for both visual and audio content, and AI features within common business tools.
You’ll learn skills needed for getting the most from your AI tools, how to craft good prompts, and how to watch out for hallucinations. You’ll also learn important legal and privacy considerations for working with AI.
